Spring Conditions

Its definitely starting to feel like spring. We spent the Easter weekend doing a variety of outdoor activities in the sunshine - skiing slush, driving range, football at the park. Andrea broke out her rollerblades to accompany me on a couple of runs.

My training has been progressing pretty well - I had a solid week with a 10 mile tempo, 6 x 3/4 mile reps, 20x200m, and a hilly 20 mile long run. Just laying the foundation for the rest of the spring. I'm planning on opening up the spring season with a 5000m "rust-buster" on the track (April 12) and then the SLC Half-Marathon (April 20).
