There aren't many periods of the year when a trip to Moab isn't a great idea, but a fall trip down to red rock land is always worth the drive - blue skies, perfect weather - a nice little weekend escape. We headed down with Rachelle, Kevin, Amiee, and Hannah this past weekend and had an awesome time. We might have to try and swing another trip in a couple weeks before it starts getting cold.
I'll split the weekend into two posts...
On Saturday we went to Arches National Park and hiked around in the Devil's Garden and Fiery Furnace areas.
The following day we headed to the Island in the Sky district of Canyonlands National Park.
