Happy Memorial Day!


The unofficial start of summer. Or, as my Dad and I often call it, "Amateur Weekend" in the mountains! :-)

Andrea and I hope everyone is enjoying fun times with their friends and family.

I had an excellent morning running on dirt roads in Park City, soaked my legs in a freezing cold stream, then came home for some cookie dough ice cream! Gotta rock the flag shorts by the pool and soak up some vitamin D!

    Tis the season for them. They'll get a lot of use during the Memorial Day -> Flag Day -> July 4th stretch!

    haha I am laughing so hard right now! You really have flag shorts. Why did you not run in them Saturday? I am guaranteeing you would have won had you been wearing those patriotic shorts. :D

    I told you I had them! Hey if Saucony makes me a super patriotic uniform I'll wear it - but I gotta race in what they give me! :-)
